Raymond James Ltd. is acting as Financial Adviser to TIO Networks Corp. in connection with the PayPal Holdings' acquisition of TIO Networks Corp. TIO is a cloud-based multi-channel bill payment processing and receivables management provider, serving the largest telecom, wireless, cable, and utility bill issuers in North America. TIO integrates with the back office of billing systems to accept, validate, and collect payments via self-service kiosk, retail walk-in, mobile, and web solutions.

Raymond James was co-lead manager on the marketed private placement of common shares and senior secured Collateralized Exchange Listed ("CEL") Notes, raising approximately $65 million. Delphi Energy Corp. is an industry-leading producer of liquids-rich natural gas. Trinidad is a corporation focused on sustainable growth that trades on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol TDG. Trinidad's divisions currently operate in the drilling sector of the oil and natural gas industry, with operations in Canada, the United States and the United Arab Emirates.
