About Timothy P. McNicholas

Tim McNicholas joined MacDougall, MacDougall & MacTier (3Macs) in 1993. Over the years, he has lived out the firm’s commitment to clients by approaching each one as having a story of her or his own. 3Macs became a division of Raymond James Ltd. in October 2016.

Tim’s professional story began with his graduation with Bachelor and Master of Science degrees from Carnegie-Mellon University in Pittsburgh. He went on to become the president of a foreign bank in Canada. Throughout his career, he has managed aspects of the financial process from the highest level, down to the specific responsibilities of portfolio management. Currently, he focuses on providing portfolio management services to his clients with personalized investment advice.

Tim’s wide range of educational and professional knowledge enables him to design portfolios that fit the needs of his clients so they can prosper.
