Finding Your Pot of Gold
The average person can mass great wealth regardless of their profession. Remember the wealthy barber, or the lesser-known wealthy bartender?
The wealthy bartender did not start out rich. Like his cousin the wealthy barber, this small business owner slowly grew his wealth overtime. Every payday he would save at minimum 10% of his savings. He delayed gratification in the short term while still using what disposable income he had to enjoy himself. Above all, he lived within his means and aggressively saved until one day he became wealthy.
Many of us probably haven’t stumbled upon riches at the end of a rainbow. True wealth takes time and dedication to accumulate. However, just because it’s hard, doesn’t mean it isn’t worth doing.
Your pot of gold is out there waiting for you. Nevertheless, it isn’t hiding in some Dragon’s Den accessible only by the brave knight with his sword. No, your pot of gold is grown piece by piece, day by day. Be patient. Good things come to those who plan for good things to happen.
Happy Saint Paddy’s Day Everyone!
