Client Survey Results

Thank you to everyone who participated in our client survey. Our highest priority is ensuring we deliver an outstanding level of service to our clients. The survey is a critical first step in that process, providing us with meaningful feedback on how we are doing and how we can improve.

We were thrilled and humbled by the results especially in the following categories that you identified as most important to you:

We have worked very hard to deliver this service and these results are extremely gratifying. There is, of course, always room for improvement. Based on the feedback, in the next year we will:

• Review and address any requests/questions where you have provided your name
• Note how you like to meet – virtual vs in person vs phone or a combination
• Make sure you are aware of our full range of services
• Encourage your spouse/partner to engage in our review meetings

And, we will continue to:

• Provide planning to help you navigate the transition to retirement
• Offer services to support your estate planning needs
• Help you organize your personal financial life
• Include your family and children in the planning process
