During the first week, we focus on establishing a strong foundation for our potential partnership:
- We assess whether we can properly service your needs
- You determine if our services align with your expectations
- We encourage you to ask questions and address any concerns
- We evaluate your risk tolerance to tailor our approach
If you decide to proceed, we schedule our first in-depth meeting for the following week.

Pre-Meeting Preparation:
- Gather your old statements, identification documents, and a void cheque
During the Meeting:
- We explore YOUR DREAMS and GOALS
- Discuss your Family, Occupation, Recreation, and Money (FORM) priorities
- Review your existing financial statements and Winton numbers
- Complete necessary paperwork, including Client Account Agreements (CAAs) and account forms

By the fourth or fifth week, we're ready to present your comprehensive financial plan:
Pre-Meeting:
- We contact you to schedule the final meeting once all accounts are settled
Final Meeting:
- Present your written Financial, Razor, and Cash Flow Plan (including an Estate Plan if applicable)
- Discuss your tailored Investment Strategy
- Propose a Model Portfolio if funds are available, or recommend Meritage options otherwise
With your agreement, we promptly implement your customized financial solutions.
