Many organizations mandate that their funds be invested in a manner that aligns with their beliefs. Religious organizations, university endowment funds, and many other non-profit groups desire to have their investments adhere to certain ethical principles, environmentally sustainable practices, and / or transparent and responsible governance policies.

We work with smaller organizations ($1 million - $10 million) who make Environmental, Social And Governance (ESG) criteria investing a priority, but may not be of interest to larger investment counsellors and bank-owned investment firms. Even where an investment firm is willing to take on smaller accounts, the firm may not have the specialized focus on, nor expertise with responsible investments that the client requires.

Based on your investment policy statement we provide transparent, cost-effective professional investment management, customizing your investments based on your particular funding and liquidity requirements. Your portfolio may be structured using our internal discretionary portfolio models, with the help of proprietary screening tools that allow us to provide additional ESG due-diligence to go beyond traditional financial metrics. In other situations we may employ carefully selected external professional fund companies, with expertise in ESG investing, to manage the portfolio.
