Our research-driven Institutional Sales & Trading team is focused on serving the investment needs of our institutional clients. We are committed to providing our clients with reliable and objective investment advice and superior trade execution, with minimal impact on the markets.
Our team of 26 Institutional Sales & Trading professionals trades the securities of growth and mid-cap companies in our areas of focus on behalf of over 500 institutional investors in North America and Europe.
Institutional Sales Team
Our Institutional Sales team services a full spectrum of Institutional investors, utilizing a research-driven sales philosophy. Our sales professionals, located in Toronto, Vancouver, and Montreal, serve Institutional clients throughout North America and Europe.
A key component of our client service focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate management teams, and conducting non-deal roadshows to introduce those management teams to institutional investors.
Throughout the year we host a number of industry specific conferences, where corporate and institutional clients are brought together to efficiently share in-depth information, insight and investment perspectives.
Institutional Trading Team
Covering more than 800 domestic and international financial institutions the Sales Trading department has trading professionals working in teams to provide primary and backup coverage to designated regions throughout North America and Europe. Additionally, the Liability group commits capital to facilitate liquidity in client transactions.
We are consistently among the top 11 traders in Canada, based on value of block trading. Leveraging the Raymond James North American footprint and international capabilities, our traders coordinate transactions from our 6 central trade desks in Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, New York, London, and St. Petersburg, Florida.
