Robin Ayoung

As Senior Vice President, Head Human Resources, Robin leads the Raymond James Limited HR team, partnering with the business and across HR to design and execute RJL’s people strategy. He leads all aspects of talent management and acquisition, employee engagement, organizational development, performance enablement, Employee Relations, Diversity & Inclusion and HR policy and governance.

Robin has over twenty years’ experience in the Human Resource Management field across the Utilities, Oil & Gas, Mobile Telecoms and Financial Services sectors within the Caribbean and North America. He joined Raymond James Limited in September 2022 having returned to Canada from Trinidad and Tobago in 2018 where he previously held the role of Vice President, Human Resources for one of Canada’s largest bank’s Caribbean Banking Platform.
